Incredibly responsive host, house was spotless, easy to access, accurate to the pictures, and most importantly the location is unbeatable. Walkable to UVA, walkable to the downtown Mall, walkable to the numerous restaurants in Charlottesville it’s perfectly situated in the middle of everything. You are on a road that’s more tucked away, so there’s not a lot of road noise. There’s faint train sounds on occasion, but that is anywhere in downtown Charlottesville. Parking is shared with the house next door but could fit 2 standard size cars comfortably, 3 standard cars or 2 large vehicles might have been a bit tight. Really nice for a long weekend, great value, would recommend!

Easy and convenient to downtown. Debbi’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway to explore Charlottesville.

Surprisingly spacious and well-cleaned room with great kitchen and living room attachment. The host was great, but make sure you only have one or two cars with you because parking is very limited. Everything was comfortable, safe, and neat, with the location not being too far from restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Guadalupe was the best host! The house was lovely and he communicated the entire stay and even let us enter the home early. I will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Margaret's between Christmas and New Year's. The house was cozy with a Christmas tree. So close to the Downtown Mall and a large shopping center. Convenient also to wineries and parks. We were able to bring our dog which was a plus. There is a nearby path where we took her on walks and my husband ran up to the UVA Hospital too. Kitchen and the upstairs bathroom were both stocked with essentials and extras! Thanks for a nice stay!

This was the perfect location for me and my family as we attended a wedding at Camp Happy Trails just 20 minutes away. The house is cozy and well-appointed, with spaces to gather and relax. Plenty of towels, and great water pressure. We spotted a chubby groundhog in the yard one day, and racoons the next. Lovely sun and songbirds in the morning. Grocery stores within a mile or so. We had time to visit Monticello and also Shenandoah Nat'l Park. Downtown is walking distance if you can do hills. Otherwise, traffic was pretty bad but was likely worse due to the football game happening the same weekend. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Had some travel complications and Hayati was accommodating and wonderful to work with!! The place was very clean and organized.

Wonderful place in a convenient location! We had a great stay for my bachelorette party. The house is very cute and spacious and is one of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve seen.
