The house is surrounded by nature, reachable only on foot 300 meters from the parking lot, but very close to the lake and the village that offers art and culture, beautiful panoramic views, restaurants and beach. You'll love it for the tranquility and vastness of the spaces, the views towards the lake and mountains, the intimacy, the exposed ceiling, the comfort, the large lawn around. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

Ripa Baveno Castle

Luxurious apartment in Castello Ripa,laid out on two levels a few steps from Lake Maggiore and the town center, shops,restaurants and historic church. Completely renovated, with high standard and tasteful decor, decorated with designer paintings. The apartment has comfortable spaces, walk-in closet,drawers, bedside tables and library available, no lack of fireplace, rocks and exposed wooden beams. With fabulous views of the lake and Borromeo islands.

The Breakfast Club

A 1960s grandma's apartment in a two storeys condo in a rural area. There's nature but also bees, bugs, cats, foxes, dust.. if you have grass pollen allergy or not used to the countryside I won't recommend staying here. The furniture is old but there's a tiny office with Wi-Fi, a massage table and a lot of privacy.
