Cozy chalet with large garden at Parc Ela

Charming chalet in a quiet location, overlooking the cross-country ski trails of Rona, directly on the largest nature park in Switzerland, Parc Ela, and 7 minutes by car from the family-friendly ski resort Savognin. At 1450 meters above sea level, we have created a comfortable retreat with a lot of love, always carefully preserving the original charm. Everywhere in the house you can still find the original building elements of the former barn from the 19th century, combined with modern elements.

Sie verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten (1*140cm 1*160cm), eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche sowie ein Bad. Vom Balkon aus haben Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Bergpanorama. Zur Anlage gehören ein Grillplatz sowie ein Spielplatz welche von den Gästen genutzt werden dürfen.

Endlich ist es soweit! Nach einem Jahr, in dem wir unseren kleinen Diamanten geschliffen haben, strahlt er nun so, dass wir ihn gerne mit Euch teilen würden. Wir haben geplant und renoviert, Checklisten geführt, Handwerker und Möbelpacker die Tür geöffnet. Wir freuen uns, Euch in unserem weitläufig hellen und sehr gemütlichen Sehnsuchtsort empfangen zu dürfen. Wir – 3 Generationen mit den unterschiedlichsten Wünschen – genießen die tolle Zeit dort zu jeder Stunde. Wir hoffen, Ihr tut das auch!

Cross country ski season has started!

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

The Green Room - close to the ski lifts

Cozy and bright studio apartment equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay in Engadin. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny area and is distinguished by its warm and well-finished style. It is a five-minute walk from the Marguns ski lifts, which lead to the St. Moriz ski area. Both in summer and winter, it is the perfect base for walks and sports activities (cross-country skiing, ice skating, cycling, tennis, golf, fishing) in the region.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

The Tgesa L'Antgerna is a 200-year-old tower-like house in the picturesque village of Salouf near Savognin. In the spacious duplex apartment, groups or families will find peace and security. The apartment is the ideal base for skiing in the ski resort of Savognin or for ski and snowshoe tours as well as winter hiking and cross-country skiing. In summer you can hike, climb, bike or fish in the river Julia directly from the apartment. Pets by arrangement

Haus Albula

In a house surrounded by water sources, the Albula River, the golf course, the viaducts, is her cozy three-room apartment with a large garden. The Lenzerheide, Davos, Bergün and Savognin ski resorts are quickly accessible (15-20 min.). It is possible to get fresh salad, herbs and vegetables (for a fee) in summer. The apartment is on the second floor and offers direct views of the passing RHB trains as well as a waterfall and golf course
