The villa which is 100 m. from the sea has 2 separate apartments in the first floor. The owners live downstairs. Each apartment can afford 4/5 persons and is perfect for families or friends. You can share sunchairs next to the pool, make a "siesta" in the hammock in the garden and use the barbecue. There's a room with a washing machine for your use. The apartments have an area of 50 m2 with 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans (one with double bed and the other with 2 single bed and 1 camp bed), 1 shower room, living room, fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy your breakfast in the balcony facing the sea and your dinner in the terrace facing the mountain (each apartment has its own balcony and terrace) . Free wifi. You can park your car in the area of the villa. You have access to creeks just in front of the villa (sand in the water) to take a bath or enjoy the sun. The center of St Carles de la Rapita, shops and sand beaches are 5 min. by car (2,5 km). In our region, you can enjoy small creeks, sand beaches, wild beach of 25 km long, nature reserve of Delta del Ebro, with full of birds, flamingos and rice fields. For mountain lovers, there are a lot of walks with fantastic views to the sea. My place is good for couples and families (with children) whether they like golf or not. There are also paddle tennis courts, pitch & putt and children's play areas.

It has two bedrooms, one with a 1.50 bed and the other two 90 cm beds. The living room with a full kitchenette, with high-end appliances and a sofa bed. The bathroom has a large shower. The exterior with barbecue, shower and another toilet. Everything is good and comfortable. Great for coming with children and pets.

This is a centrally located studio on the third floor (without an elevator), spanning 30 square meters, situated just a minute away from the beach and next to the castle. The apartment overlooks Rio Street, so it does NOT have sea views from the private balcony. However, you can always enjoy the 'chill out' terrace located on the rooftop, which is accessible to the 6 double-room studios integrated within the building. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.
