Monthly Rentals in Alcúdia

We had a great vacation at Maria’s apartment in Alcudia. The description matched just fine and the flat was in pristine condition. One major plus is the view from the huge balcony. You can even see Menorca whenever the weather is clear enough. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is 5 minutes of walking at max so the location of the flat is awesome. Apartment was clean, well equipped and just as described. Views out over the bay and harbour stunning and uninterrupted. As covered in other reviews, the walls are very thin and there is noise from neighbours and the lift. This is most noticeable in the morning and evening. I slept with earplugs and am an early riser so this wasn't an issue for me. All in all this is a great place, Isaac is attentive and ready to help if you were to need him. My only other feedback would be to provide a photo of the apartment entrance to visitors. We were looking for the word Mavi but the name above the entrance and visible on google street view is XARA and maybe a couple of blankets for sitting out on the cooler nights. Overall though this place was great and spot on for us.

Quima was a fantastic host, we got in late and were greeted with a banquet of food and drinks, which was really appreciated, thanks again. The apartment itself is an amazing historic building, adorned with beautiful artworks and furnishings, with all the modern amenities you could ask for, located in the middle of old town, a short walk to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend, one of the best Air B&Bs we have been to.
