The apartment was exactly how it was described. Extremely happy to stay there for 2 weeks. We had a fantastic time.

We stayed at Liz's place for a week and had a great time! The location is great: you can be on the beach in less than 10 minutes walk and in the city in 25 minutes by bus. Everything you would like to see is quickly accessible: Bioparc, Ciudad de las Artes, Turia Park, etc. We have been to Valencia many times and love the city and the lifestyle in Cabanyal. We 100% recommend the place and were very satisfied! The place is as described and we felt at home!

Very nice place to spend time as a family and enjoy the sea. It is not as touristy as in other nearby areas but it allows you to be without so much burden and it is a good base to visit the area. Highly recommended.

The vacation was a success! We were 3 adults and 3 children. Everything went great. We arrived at 11 am and the host greeted us kindly. Despite the problems with the lack of water in the city due to the disaster, we were helped with the water on the day of arrival at night :)) The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Bed linen sets are enough for our family. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It's very good that there is an elevator. The host was always available and answered our questions, was hospitable. This beachside apartment was perfect for our family stay in Valencia. It was just a short walk to the beach and located in a peaceful, relaxed neighborhood. The apartment was well-equipped for kids, with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and stress-free. We especially appreciated the spacious layout and the safe, welcoming atmosphere. It was the ideal place to unwind and enjoy the sea after a day of sightseeing. We’d absolutely recommend it to families traveling with children.

I only have positive comments for this place. the house is amazing: the sauna, the jacuzziz the kitchen is fully equipped and there is also everything for a barbecue. Ideal place for both summer and winter. The village is super nice with a small church and nice people who live there. There is also a playground and a football field. Arturo gave us clear instructions. We will come back for sure! thanks Arturo!
