The large two story house has four smaller bedrooms and two larger bedrooms upstairs. There are 2 double beds and 4 beds that are 120-140 cm wide. In total, there is space for between 8 and 10 people. On the ground floor, there are a kitchen, dining room, living room, TV room, and a lounge with a ping pong table and a beautiful glass veranda. A single-storey extension from the lounge has two bedrooms with a total of four beds - one double bed and a bunk bed with 2 beds. The house has a total of 12 beds with sleeping space for 12-14 people. The kitchen is equipped with a wood stove, induction stove, oven, and refrigerator. Freezer in the basement. Private well for drinking water. Dining room adjacent to the kitchen and living room. Rooms offer lake views, and the living room has glass doors to a large seating area down to the lake. There is a stove with a glass-enclosed fireplace. The house has a bathroom with a shower upstairs and a WC and washing machine downstairs. Large TV in the TV room and fiber optic internet in the living room. The property includes a private beach with a floating jetty and a small sandy beach for children. Several outdoor seating areas offer sun all day. Wood-fired sauna and boat can be included by agreement. Parking for several cars. Surrounded by forest with berries and mushrooms, no neighbors with visibility. Nearby walking and cycling path. A few kilometers away are a swimming area, summer kiosk, and large lawn. Many beautiful hiking trails, including around the lake (6 km). Golf course at Koberg Castle, 15 minutes by car. 40 minutes by car from Gothenburg and 35 minutes from Trollhättan. Nearest train station is Lödöse South (15 km), with bus service to the house morning and afternoon, Monday to Friday.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay overlooking Lake Lysevatten. Paddle a canoe, have a sauna evening and enjoy. A stage of the Bohusleden trail is nearby. In Stenungsund, on Tjörn and Orust, there are many excursion destinations. You can, for example, fish for crabs in the sea, take a boat to Åstol, visit Göksäter on Orust, hike the Bohusleden etc. Departure cleaning is done by the guest, checklist for cleaning and materials are provided in the cottage. It is possible to book departure cleaning, subject to time, at a cost of SEK 1,200.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! Embedded in nature, 8 min walk to closest lake, closest neighbours 10 minutes walk & yet only 5 min by car to restaurants, sight-seeings etc. Help us out with gardening and get fresh herbs, salad, tomatoes etc in return. We will partly stay with our dog in the little tiny house, sharing garden with you. Will let you know closer to your stay what days. She is the most playful and friendly dog for dogs, kids and adults to play with.

Loft is rented with 120 beds, very spacious and plenty of space for, for example, brought extra bed or travel bed for children. Pets are welcome as long as they go well with other dogs. Free access to Wifi, outdoor spa, sauna, laundry room. All spaces are shared except the loft. There is a shower cabin in the laundry room where the sauna is located and a bath tub in the bathroom where the toilet is located. Note: Minimum 2 nights
