We had a great time at this stunning home conveniently located 20 minutes from the beach. We appreciated the size of the house with its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the outside to organize BBQs, and the fact that it is very well equipped with appliances. Friendly and available host. Very nice and well-functioning home in beautiful and quiet surroundings. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and warmth, and we felt very welcome. Even though you stay with the host, they were very discreet, but at the same time available for help when needed. Home very well equipped and there was everything we needed. When we arrived we got lovely wine from the farm. We can recommend the place to anyone who loves peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. The only improvement is the mattresses in the room with the single beds. It is highly recommended to eat at the restaurant in the blue house in the village. You can also take lovely walks in the countryside around the farm.

The house was very welcoming, familiar and beautiful. The city met expectations. When we arrived, the heaters were turned on so that we could feel comfort we barely entered. It had all the amenities needed. Very friendly and caring hostess.

The house is very beautiful, the areas of the room and the outdoor area are fantastic. We had already cycled through Valada and had enjoyed it very much. This time we stayed there to be the beginning of our pedals. The village is calm, with a wonderful nature. We recommend this home for rest days:-)

I had a wonderful stay! The house is cozy, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. I was delighted with the attention of the hosts, who welcomed us with a basket of fruits, milk and eggs, as well as fresh bread in the morning, a very welcoming gesture. They have always been very helpful and available with any questions. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Wal's team is very responsive and enjoyable. We had a great stay . The village is well located and allows you to visit many sights around within a 2 hour drive. We also discovered beautiful beaches around Peniche.

Just amazing the only place i will stay in Portugal

Overall beautiful home, well equipped and very clean. Margarida was nice and always answered our calls when we needed her help. The smaller double bed and the couch were nor very comfortable. The power went out every time the drier and toaster were on at the same time. Otherwise we enjoyed the house very much.

João's place was really great. From personal check in to glass of red wine, the hospitality of him and his family living on the property was a dream. The place itself was clean and very cozy and also the courtyard invited you to relax. From the apartment you can quickly get to Lourinhã a small sweet village with many owner-operated shops. By car you can also get to nearby places and beaches, which were really beautiful. (E.G. Santa Cruz, Peniche, Nazare). We would have liked to stay longer.

It was a very pleasant and friendly reception, the cottage was very clean and tidy. Everything was there and the dogs were welcome. We really enjoyed Area Branca and the area. We will definitely come back!

A lovely space to relax in the countryside. The house was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Ilda (albeit remotely ) and Fernando in person were very welcoming and responsive to all of our questions. I would highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our bachelor party! The location was ideal, cozy and discreet, which allowed us to make the most of our party without disturbing the neighbors. The house had all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and ample space to have fun. In addition, the swimming pool was a high point of our stay, allowing us to relax and have fun at the same time. What I liked the most was the flexibility and freedom that the house gave us. We could do what we wanted, when we wanted, without any restrictions or problems. Overall, the house was an excellent choice for our bachelor party. I recommend it to everyone looking for a comfortable and fun place to celebrate a special occasion.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Maverick Surf Villas. Lots to do in the local area, stunning coastline, definitely need a car, but its easy to get every where, roads are very quiet. The villa was beautiful, so much space and everything you could need. Hosts were very helpful, gave us lots of advice on the local area and hosted some lovely dinners. Thank you so much.

We went with a family of 9 people, we loved it, the outdoor space is great for children. The house has everything you need for a stay. Very calm and very pleasant area. We want to go back! Carlos was always available to help if necessary.

We stayed at the property with a group of 6 adults and 5 children for a week. All in all, we were completely satisfied. The house has a few age-related quirks (windows and sliding doors sometimes difficult to open), which has not limited our satisfaction. The spaces were sparkling clean, the pool was great, and there were even sand toys and umbrellas for the kids. Great is also that the house is so big so not all guests wake up when a baby screams at night. We had a great time in Lourinha and would be happy to come back!

Wonderful home that matches the host. Stunning from inside to out and very well maintained. The children (and adults) were very entertained with the arcade room and others. Great bbq which I recommend using as not many restaurants for large groups (unless you drive a bit) the kitchen was excellent, not only was it fully equipped, but the equipment was all in very good order to use. Good size grounds where the kids could burn energy and it’s helped to have such large car space at the front as we had 3 vehicles. As we went in December with the cooler weather the pool didn’t quite heat up enough to use (although the daring kids braved the chill and went in a couple of times). Also due to the cooler months it was difficult to get longer periods of hot water so we had to be mindful of when taking showers etc. Overall this is a 5* property and host and couldn’t recommend enough!

We stayed at this house for a couple of nights after a wedding and it was great. It was close to the venue (15 mins. drive) and the check-in worked great. The house was very clean and the amenities are very good also.

The backyard is well taken care of, ideal for relaxing outdoors or for those who like to connect with nature. The clean, well-located swimming pool offers a perfect place to cool off on hot days, with a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. The predominant sound here is that of nature, creating a perfect setting to rest and renew energies. An experience that will surely be hard to forget!
