Our completely newly renovated apartment in Merano/St. Valentin is located in the immediate vicinity of the world-famous gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle. A bus stop is just 3 minutes walk. The associated basement compartment is at your disposal at your disposal and can be used, for example, to store bikes/skis, etc., or to invite e-bikes. The mansion offers a south-side balcony and an impressive panoramic view across Merano and the Valle d'adige. Despite the Villa being located on the hill, it takes only 15 minutes by foot to get to the center of Merano.

At the foot of Tyrol Castle, just outside Merano, our farm is surrounded by its own vineyards. In a very short time, the Tappeinerweg, the Waalweg, but also the old town of Merano can be reached. The farm appears to have been mentioned in a document for the first time in 1323. A mighty round arch vault and iron doors still bear witness to the time.
