House with unobstructed sea views, 200 meters from the beach. The house is ideally located, very quiet, and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs: four steps from the dining room to the living room, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are on the lower floor. Access between the parking area and the house is via a pedestrian path in good condition, but not suitable for people with reduced mobility (approximately 50 meters).

The house is a completely renovated farmhouse located in the middle of nature with a beautiful view of the Sierra Espuña and the banks of the Rio Pliego. The house is very child-friendly, and both the area and the pool are completely enclosed so that children can play safely in the garden.
