IT IS A ROOM LOCATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR. IT IS NOT A LUXURY ROOM, BUT IT IS SUITABLE FOR THOSE WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO TRAVEL AND DO NOT WANT TO SPEND MUCH ON ACCOMMODATION

Our small room has a 140 cm x 190 cm bed. There is also a small toilet and bathroom in the room. The room is 8 square metres. It is located on the 2nd floor. (We specifically mention the small size of the bathroom and the room.) There is no shower cubicle in the bathroom.) Although the room is comfortable, it is quite small. As Cunda Özerbey Mansion, we are located in an environment intertwined with nature among the olive groves on Cunda Island, the pearl of the Aegean Sea. We are in a quiet location among the olive groves where Cunda ends, neither inside nor outside. We have 10 rooms. The windows of our rooms open to nature, some of them partially to the sea view. Since we want to offer our guests a quiet environment, we do not accept guests under the age of 13 due to our concept. Our prices include a buffet breakfast.
