The garden is for the exclusive use of our guests. There is a teak dining set in the garden. All kitchen utensils are provided in the house. You can enjoy preparing your own meals, or if you prefer, you can walk to the market, restaurants, etc., discover the city's historical character, and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

Sahil Street, Barbaros Street, 13 Nisan Street, Ayvalık Square and Bazaar, Antikacılar Street, cafes, bars and taverns and historical places to see are within a 5-10 minute walk. There is a small garden, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, and the double room has air conditioning.

The apartment has its own entrance. We will be happy to host you on the lower floor of our villa, the upper floor of which belongs to us.
