Our house is a very comfortable property located within a housing estate in the centre of Ayvalık. A stylish and comfortable space has been created using a combination of antique and modern furnishings. Earthquake-resistant. Accommodates 5 adults and 1 baby cot. The garden is for the exclusive use of our guests. There is a teak dining set in the garden. All kitchen utensils are provided in the house. You can enjoy preparing your own meals, or if you prefer, you can walk to the market, restaurants, etc., discover the city's historical character, and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

Ayvalık Greek House - built in 1886

It is a Greek house built in 1886 with its original texture preserved and a historical scent. Restoration works were completed in September 2020. The floors are made of pine wood from the time the house was built. The first floor of the building is stone upper floors (bağdadi) are wooden. It has a natural air conditioning due to this feature. On the 1st floor, there is a living room, kitchen and kitchen table. On the 2nd floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. Hot water is available 24/7 in the bathroom. The house is in the historical bazaar.

Cunda Island is 10 minutes away and Şeytan Sofrası is 15 minutes away. In addition, the symbol of Ayvalık is within walking distance to the beach in the narrow alleys. Our residence with a garden has 2 bedrooms. There are beds for 2 people. There is 1 bathroom and an American kitchen and living room. Please read the House Rules. Check-in is between 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Check-out is at 11:00 am, and a 1-day fee is charged if the check-out time is extended.
