Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Alibey Island

Everything was fine. Ms. Asuman was very interested. The village and house are very sweet, there was something to meet all kinds of needs. Just the drain smell problem in the toilet. No matter what we did, it didn't go away. And when you take a shower, there's a slight electric shock from the water.

Ms. Ege's kindness and caring attitude really made her feel like a family, not a host The location and tastefully prepared interior design of the house gave us no difficulty during our stay Although the streets of the neighborhood are narrow, we also had no problem parking the car. Mr. Onur was very interested, he welcomed us very well, he told us all the amenities of the house and the must-see places of the area. Especially NONA on the island of Cunda has become our indispensable menu. The items of the house were new, and it was exactly the same house as the visual. It was close to everywhere in terms of location.

The house is quite large, ideal for large groups. Our experience was very pleasant. There is limited space to park, but the parking is like this for all Ayvalik. We left our car in one of the large parking lots on the beach and usually continued on foot, no need to drive in Ayvalik anyway. The house was generally clean. There was a water tank in the house to eliminate the water shortage throughout Ayvalık, we were never dehydrated. Ms. Dilara's mother, Ms. Şerife's mother, made us feel very good. Thanks for everything.

For those who want to stay in the Greek house, the house of Ms. Hande and her husband is great, both of them are interested and I would like to say that everything is thought out, perfect for those staying in the house, I can say that everything is thought out, perfect, and there was an incredible anbians for eating and enjoying the view on the terrace. The house is only close to the center, there is no slope in the hill and Ayvalık.☺☺ In the year, we prefer Ms. Hande again. Thank you for everything, thank you for everything. 🙏😇

The accommodation is an absolute dream, perfect location, furnished with super much love and very comfortable. Everything was super clean and you felt very comfortable. The hostess was super sweet and accommodating and offered or helped us in different situations. I would come back anytime! Everything perfect!

Everything was perfect during our stay at this house. The house was beautiful and very clean as it appears in the photos. The location is great, close to central places. Our host had thought of all our needs. We really felt at home. We would definitely like to stay again and would recommend it to anyone!

This house is very comfortable for families,for those who have a small child has a playpen,very thoughtful and clean the kitchen has everything and the toilet is spotless and something basic and you will understand it for Mytilene is that we always found to park the car. Mrs. Niki and Mr. Panayiotis are willing to help you with anything you need.

Despina is wonderful host and warm people. She is very friendly and helpful to us. She helped us to find a car to rent which is very difficult in Mitilini. She is a wonderful person and I recommend everyone to go Mitilini stay there. The house is also very nice and cleans. It has a wonderful view and it is easy to access, very close to city center. Before we arrive, the house is cleaned and organized. To finalize, Despina is wonderful person and the house is also very nice.

Wonderful stay for my family. Deniz speaks English perfectly, provided tons of recommendations, and walked us through the house to show us all the amenities. The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! A wonderful retreat from busy Istanbul. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love the place and the host. It was even better than the photos in the description. My family and I had a very good rest and enjoyed the surroundings, thank you very much! In the house you own the second floor and it has everything you need. Perfect for 5-6 people. We were especially pleased with the filling of the kitchen — there is everything for beautiful serving, cooking and more. The olive oil was just superb! Polats was very careful about the design of this property, you can see that a piece of soul is embedded, it's very nice. You can also use the huge terrace and admire the garden. There is a grill and everything for the grill, an oven with firewood, a table, a hammock, a sunbed and a cute dog. The village is very nice, you can walk around it and enjoy the local flavor, there is a small shop, cafe. For larger purchases, you can go to the nearest town 10 minutes from the property. The beach is only 10 minutes down a beautiful mountain road, the water is very clean. We are glad that we chose this place, it's really heartwarming!

Although George and I don’t speak the same language, we had no trouble communicating with the help of a mobile translator app. In fact, I even picked up a few Greek phrases, which were helpful when interacting with others. Most of our conversations were with Mari, a lovely lady who assisted us every step of the way, from the reservation process to our stay. George, who lives on the first floor, was always responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The house is three stories, with bedrooms on the second and third floors. The sea breeze is fantastic—we never had to use the A/C. Each floor has its own balcony, and starting the day with a view of the sea was a highlight. There’s plenty of space for six people or even more. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and the living room is perfect for relaxing, complete with a TV, sound system, and George’s vinyl collection. Overall, George, Mari, and the house made our trip truly wonderful. We’ll definitely plan to visit again!

We had a great stay. The hosts are amazing and the view from the villa is outstanding!

Staying at Michael's was an absolute delight, location was close to all amenities and Michael and Eva went out of their way to assit all of us.

Great place, near the sea, friendly host

We had a very nice holiday for 6 people +1 baby for 5 nights. As it appears in the photos of the house, all the needs that may be are very thought out, there is air conditioning and a bathroom on each floor/room, the general cleaning of the house is very good, we used the linens and towels with peace of mind, we did not have any problems. The fact that the house has its own beach and the possibility of sun loungers was a great advantage, since we stayed in September, the beach was very calm and pleasant. We even used the bikes in the photos:) Mr. Harun gave detailed information about the house and places to go on the first day, and he was very helpful with everything until the last day, thank you very much to him and his family. Hope to stay again as a family.
