Right in the centre of Ayvalık, close to everything and yet far away. 100 m to the sea. Close to all attractions, it is ideal for exploration and entertainment, and for relaxation with its location within the neighbourhood. Everything you might need is available in our stone house. Heat pump for winter, stone walls, air conditioning and fan for summer. Downstairs there is a living room, a separate kitchen and dining table, and access to the garden from the kitchen. There are two rooms upstairs, each with a bathroom and a double bed. And it has a large water tank and a booster pump. The water is never cut off, and the flow rate does not decrease.

You can enjoy peace with your whole family in this wonderful place. It is only ten minutes by car to Cunda Island and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable holiday with its approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, is three kilometers from the center of Ayvalık, there is no parking problem, and it is suitable for conservative families. There are two double beds, three single beds and a sofa bed that can be turned into a bed. A crib and a high chair can be provided if requested. All rooms have air conditioning.

Ben ve eşim Bingül hoca burada çalışmaktayız. Sadece hafta içi derslerimiz olmaktadır, hafta sonu stüdyomuz kapalıdır. (Camekanla kapalıdır.) Siz değerli müşterilerimize rahatsızlık vermemek adına camlar sürekli kapalı tutulmaktadır. Müzik sesi vs olmamaktadır.

A water booster has been installed since 2020. The apartment is on the third floor, it has a large terrace where you can have a barbecue. Heating is provided by a heater in the winter months.
