A large 25 m2 bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with shower. The house is located in a cul-de-sac in the heart of the village, 50 meters from all amenities (bakery, grocery store) and free parking spaces. The house is 12 km from Pezenas and 25 min from the beaches (Valras, Vias, Cap d'Agde).
