The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Beautiful residence with heated pool, in the Madonie Park, with breathtaking views of the sea of Cefalù up to the Aeolian Islands. A 15-minute drive from the center, it has a living room with dining area, sofa, TV, kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with a bathtub in the room, and two bathrooms with shower. The rooms are air-conditioned and there is a cast iron stove. Outside, there is a table with chairs, sofas, and umbrellas. Dinners with Chef Ignazio Messina and boat trips can be arranged.

At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor
