Located in the upscale Paleo Faliro neighbourhood of Athens, just over 200 metres from the beach and with convenient transport links, this is a spacious, bright, recently renovated two-bedroom apartment on the second floor, measuring 105 square metres. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the apartment can be accessed via both the stairs and the lift. There are two bedrooms (with two double beds), a spacious living room with a pull-out double sofa bed, a large kitchen (fully equipped with a fridge, electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils), a bathroom (including a spacious shower cubicle) and a WC. It also includes a flat-screen TV and unlimited Wi-Fi, and each room is equipped with air conditioning. The flat can easily accommodate a family of five to six guests.Both bedrooms have a double bed (1.60 x 2 metres), and the living room sofa can be converted into a double sofa bed. All furniture and appliances are brand new, and clean bedding and towels are provided. Guest Access: The apartment has a completely separate entrance, and we will provide you with a set of keys, which will be handed over to you upon your arrival.
