Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Spacious, beautifully restored house in Flavigny

Our spacious and beautifully restored medieval house and large private garden is within the walls of the serene and picturesque heritage-listed village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, where the film "Chocolat" was filmed. From here you can explore wineries, beautiful villages and peaceful countryside, chateaux, abbayes and museums. You can even hop on the train to Paris or explore the towns of Dijon or Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy. The house has a beautiful character and ambiance. It is suited for couples and families.

Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Rez de chaussée : cuisine dînatoire (25m², tomettes), séjour-salon (40m², sol en pierre de Bourgogne, cheminée), 1 chambre (20m²), 1 salle de douche avec petite baignoire et 1 WC avec lave-main. 1er étage : 4 chambres (de 9 à 40 m2, parquets), 1 WC, 1 salle de douche et 1 salle de bain avec WC. Linge de maison fourni (draps, serviettes de toilette, ...). Cette ferme, entretenue pour être confortable, a gardé ses attributs du 19e siècle. Un garage est attenant avec borne de recharge T2.

The house is an old tower built on 3 levels. The lower level is the double bedroom with ensuite shower and toilet, it has french doors that open out onto the lower decking terrace. The middle level is the kitchen, dining sitting area with wood burning stove and flat screen tv and there is an oak staircase that leads to the upper twin bedroom with seperate toilet and basin. The Dove House at the Wandering Snail

Le Pigeonnier (The Dove House) Nestled in the heart of France in a quiet Burgundian village this quirky dove house, once part of the chateau estate, has been restored and converted into unique accommodation. The ground floor has a kitchenette, eating area, and a walk-in shower room, toilet and basin. The upper floor with bedroom/sitting room, is reached via an external spiral staircase. Parking is available on the premises. Access from junction 23 on the A6 Paris-Lyons autoroute.

Je suis heureuse de vous accueillir à La Maison d'à Côté. Il s'agit d'une maison du XVIIIe siècle dont la restauration est terminée depuis décembre 2021. Détendez vous dans ce logement calme et élégant, décoré avec des couleurs sobres et douces pouvant accueillir deux personnes maximum. Vous pourrez profiter des nombreuses activités telles que des musées, des villes et villages de caractères ou encore des lieux uniques présents autour de ce logement.

Cette maison a été entièrement refaite en pierre de taille. Elle se trouve à Civry sur Serein(classé dans les plus beaux villages de bourgogne). La cuisine est équipée d'une magnifique cuisinière de "chef". II y a plein de sites exceptionnels à proximité comme Vézelay, Chablis ou Noyers.
