This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. Have fun with the whole family or group of friends in our quirky house. It's a 10 minute walk from the city centre of Alkmaar and 7 minutes to the train station. The train can take you directly to Amsterdam in 35 minutes. A return train ticket costs roughly €19 Alkmaar is an old Dutch city just like Amsterdam but smaller. Enjoy the canals, great food and cozy atmosphere. There is free parking close to the house which is a 700 meter walk or paid parking right in front for €26 a day

Unique apartment in Townhouse from 1898. Alkmaar

With great enthusiasm, we renovated our old Mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor we have created an apartment that we now rent out. The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes. The apartment was recently renovated with a lot of attention and equipped with all comforts, entirely for your own use with balcony.

Nieuwe studio met veel licht en ruim uitzicht in het centrum van Alkmaar. Restaurants, terrassen, winkelstraat en supermarkt op loopafstand. Vlak bij het trein- bus station en fietsverhuur. In 35 min per trein ben je in het centrum van Amsterdam. Dichtbij het het strand, bos en duinen van Egmond en Bergen. De studio bevindt zich op de zolderetage en is te bereiken via twee steile trappen.
