Located in the countryside, a quiet neighborhood with a park directly behind the house and yet close to the city center of Alkmaar. The house is about 30 minutes from Amsterdam and Haarlem and 20 minutes from the beach and forest (Bergen). The playful layout with multiple levels provides light, space and privacy. Outside you can enjoy the sunny, covered south-facing terrace. Loved by families! Please note: two cats live in the house.
