Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Access to the swimming pool and its relaxing garden which are opposite our villa + private garden just for you.

cute new state studio of 30m2: 1 bed 140x200 , living room, equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave,coffee maker,oven) bathroom with toilet. private parking space right next door. small private garden fenced and not overlooked with outdoor furniture. The studio is located 2 minutes walk from shops (bakery,butcher,tobacco,pharmacy, supermarket, brewery,bar) located 30 minutes from Cassis and the ciotat, 20 minutes from Marseille and Aix en Provence. ⚠️ towels not provided
