Holiday rentals with lake access in Allevard

Beautiful house at the gates of Chambery. Very close to the highway exit but in a very green and quiet area. Beautiful outdoor spaces and hot jacuzzi when we arrive. Lots of kitchen accessories and entertainment games. Very proactive, responsive and friendly host. In short, everything is perfect :)

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description and photos. With impeccable cleanliness, it seems to have been refurbished very recently. Our 2-year-old daughter immediately felt comfortable, thanks to the toys available. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is large enough to accommodate a baby crib without any problems. The accommodation is well located (close to the lake and about 20 minutes' walk from the hyper center). We were hosted very well by Maryse and communication was easy during the stay. We highly recommend Alice's house for a stay in Aix-les-Bains!

This home is amazing: a retreat by the lake. The view in the morning is worthy of Monet's painting "Impression of the sunrise". During the day, everyone can enjoy the activities (ping pong, foosball, games in the lawn, ...) and the lake if the weather is nice. It is an ideal place to gather our whole family with infants and children in the 7 bedrooms. In the evening, the living room is an ideal place to gather together while keeping the beautiful view of the lake. The very well-equipped kitchen makes it possible to make good meals and enjoy them on the terrace. Already wanting to go back ...

Excellent accommodation, the view is magnificent, the place is super quiet, on the heights , the accommodation is very well equipped and decorated, I recommend it!! Thank you also to the host who was very responsive and accommodating for check-in and checkout.

Jo and Anita's place was amazing! The dazzling garden! We spent our time enjoying the outdoors and walks straight from the house. The area is quiet and soothing. It's extremely well equipped for large families! Great stay! We'll come back without hesitation!

The place was as advertised, clean and nice. We had a small problem with the hot water, very quickly taken into account. Communication was responsive, although a slight misunderstanding may have slipped into the exchange. It's still a really good experience overall.

I stayed a week in Thomas's house. It is situated in a tiny hamlet next to the wakeboarding lake. I was driving to the ski resorts so 15 minutes to Brides les Bains, 45 to La Plagne and 30 to Le Praz. The house is a kitchen downstairs and 1 room upstairs with a double bed and a sofa bed. It had everything I needed, was warm and had a good shower. Check in was easy and Thomas replied very quickly.

Very nice and warm welcome, the house is perfect for a large family. Very well equipped and spacious. A stone's throw from the Aillons Margériaz resort, ideal for a large family. In short, we are a big family and we are delighted with our stay. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a great time at this very cocoon cottage and with a beautiful terrace. The place is quiet and very refreshing. Many thanks to Elaine and her husband for hosting us, we will be back.

Maxime's place is new in a beautiful environment with stunning views of Lac du Bourget, not overlooked, without disturbance. A free parking space is provided at the foot of the accommodation. Very well located and spacious apartment. The space was very clean and tidy. Proximity to lakefront and shops. You can do almost anything by foot. It would just be missing some dishes in the kitchen so as not to be harbor when there are many of us. I highly recommend this host!

Djamel and his wife are very welcoming and attentive hosts. Impeccable and well-located accommodation near the lake. We'll be back at Djamel's for sure if we come back to the area.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Aix-les-Bains, luckily we had the perfect weather that made our experience even more enjoyable. We had a great time at Fred and Noemie's apartment. Very well decorated and very well-equipped apartment, ideally located close to the lake. I highly recommend it!

Location near the lake and its activities, recent apartment, well equipped, clean and with a large pleasant terrace as well as a large garage that seems essential when the surroundings are busy. Probably a hundred-year-old house on the edge of Lake Paladru in a large garden half shade half sun. The dock is a children's paradise. You can see fish, ducks, insects. It's paradise. The walls of the house are thick, the house is cool and it's better to pay the extra for heating if the temperatures are a little low. The house doesn't warm up in the spring sun. The bedrooms are big and the bedding is nice. The mattresses are pretty firm. The kitchen is very well equipped to make real home cooking. We enter at 8 around the table without any problems. It is necessary to bring dishwasher and washing machine tablets, towels. What is left on site is only for “troubleshooting”. House under renovation. Extremely quiet house: no noise from cars or neighbors during our stay. Paladru Museum is a 2 min walk away. Shops 10 min by car. Rowing club at 10 min on foot.

A great place with at fantastic view! A perfect location for a holiday, all in our family loved the place. The house was clean, comfortable, private and with a nice pool. Vincent was very helpful, and we will highly recomment his place.

The house is located in a very beautiful unspoiled and quiet environment, at the same time as close to Chambéry / Challes les Eaux. We enjoyed the garden, the indoor and outdoor space, without immediate neighbors or opposite, and the authenticity of this old building with all the comforts needed for a few days of vacation. The instructions given by Gaétan were clear, with indications of the surrounding activities, markets and shops.

Pretty and comfortable house as described, we were hosted very well by Laurent as well as the people who take care of the maintenance. The house is largely sized for our family of two parents + 4 teenagers, everyone found their place easily. Laurent takes particular care of the comfort and well-being of his tenants and everyone is very friendly! The small center a few minutes drive away (15 min walk for the brave ones) offers all the necessary food shops, the municipal beach is certainly paid but is great (diving board, supervised swimming, refreshment, cleanliness) and obviously the surroundings offer many opportunities for visits, activities and hikes easy and less easy.

Quietly nestled in the small hamlet of St Martin overlooking the Chéran Valley, the house is very pleasant to live in. This restored old farmhouse has kept its authenticity while offering perfect comfort. The large garden has stunning views of the vast landscape. The area is preserved, surrounded by farms that produce very good products to discover. A few km away, in the village of Lescheraines , you will find everything you need. Great stay so at Yves and Aline's who made us feel very welcome.
