Ce gite climatisé de 70m2 se compose d'une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée, lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur congélateur, four, etc... Vous aurez une salle de bain avec baignoire ainsi qu'un WC séparé. Les 2 chambres avec vue sur le parc arboré sont équipées de rangement et penderie, un canapé lit 2 personnes pourra servir de couchage supplémentaire. Terrasse privative de 50m2 avec jacuzzi (2 nuits minimum )

Come and discover the Drôme in this quiet, pleasant and air-conditioned cottage located on the hillsides of the hilltop village of Allex. Close to all amenities (pharmacy, medical house, tobacco-press, bakery, pizzeria...) Ideally located for sports activities, hiking, swimming, canoeing, but also mountain biking along the Drôme River, horseback riding, etc. Close to tourist places, the Tour de Crest, Vercors with its past of the Resistance, the hilltop villages of Drôme and their markets.

In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.

60 m2 apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, including an equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. You can also enjoy a beautiful, unfenced outdoor space. The apartment is located 10 minutes' walk from the center of the village where you will find a bakery, a supermarket, a tobacco shop, a pharmacy... Ideal for a tourist or sports stay (canoeing, cycling, hiking)

I offer you a country house that is pleasant due to its tranquility and its environment. It will be ideal for a relaxing vacation but will be just as suitable for discovering the region (Drôme Provençale, Ardèche, Vercors) or for sports travelers being close to multiple activities such as horseback riding, bike rides, hiking. Dedicated to charm and relaxation, this room with independent and autonomous access of 20 m2 will make you enjoy a pleasant time. You will have access to the shared pool and pool house, as well as a private terrace for more privacy. Not to mention, the spa to ideally end the evening. Located a few minutes' walk from the Drôme, and the small village of Allex, you can enjoy a pleasant walk or hike for the more experienced.

Independent apartment of 62 m2 for 4 people

You can enjoy the tranquility of our 3 hectares of land, relaxing areas under the century-old plane trees, and a shared swimming pool secured by alarm from June to September. The studio, on the ground floor of our home, is composed of a large living room combining equipped kitchen, TV lounge area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bedroom equipped with closets with a 160 x 200 bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Charming studio in the heart of the village of Allex

Located in the Drôme, the studio is independent, on the ground floor of a stone house, facing a flowery and wooded garden. Bright in the afternoon, cool in summer, it is fully equipped with kitchenette and bar table. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and classic toilet. Two beds are available: a 120 x 200 cm bed in the bedroom and a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed in the main room.
