The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

You will have a bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a dining area (kitchenette) with microwave, mini oven, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, fridge and freezer. (No stovetop). Forboiserie is an old house built before the Great War. It has been maintained by our family and has retained its identity and its history. Most of the trees were planted by our grandfather Gustave. Some are hundred years old. Many are rare species. Our grandfather loved trees. You will find home in conditions which are those of our personal use with its simplicity, its qualities and its rusticity.
