I am happy to stay in this accommodation. Although it is difficult for me to go up to the 4th floor with a large suitcase using only stairs, but when I entered I was very entertained by the very pleasant accommodation. Everything I need is in this accommodation. The location makes it very easy for me to find food. Close to the mall and a large supermarket. I highly recommend this accommodation.

“Apartment by the Park” is a great place to stay in Almaty. I stayed here for 17 days while I was working at the Kazakh National University (KazNU). The apartment is clean, comfortable and convenient to markets, restaurants and transportation. Best of all the hosts are super helpful when needed. A grocery store (Magnum) is a 5-minute walk away, many restaurants are a 5-to-15-minute walk away, a major bus stop is a 10-minute walk away, KazNU is a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest metro stop is a 20-minute walk. The apartment itself is great for one to two travelers. Although the outside of the building looks old and rundown, the apartment has been recently modernized and is clean with 3 rooms; kitchen, bathroom and living/bedroom and has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and laundry machine. I found everything that I needed here for a comfortable 17-day stay.

Amazing host. Beautiful apartment. Clean and spacious. All the mentioned amenities were present. Great location with accessible restaurants and places to visit. Totally recommended!

From booking till checkout it was a seamless experience. Host was extremely helpful and proactive throughout and was always responsive even for smallest queries or details. The actual apartment was exactly as listed and with all amenities. Will strongly recommend to anyone travelling to Almaty especially Indians as the hand shower is really a life saver there. 😊👍
