The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

Exclusive accommodation in the heart of the old town

The property is located in the heart of Erfurt. Located directly behind the town hall on the water. It is a very quiet but very central, high-quality furnished and renovated accommodation. It is only 200 m to the tram at the fish market. Everything your heart desires is in the immediate vicinity. The amenities are of high quality! A beautiful terrace completes the whole thing. The listed and traffic-calmed city center offers no or paid parking.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 people (baby bed available). The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, infrared cabin, underfloor heating, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. The high ceilings and large windows create a great sense of space, which is underlined by modern LED lamps. Dim the rooms or adjust their light temperature as desired. Sleeping like in the hotel – feel good as home. This was our idea and claim in the design of our apartment. They expect 86 m², equipped with high-quality modern furniture. Comfortable box spring beds make for a good sleep. A cozy living area with flat screen TV and a reading corner with relaxation armchair invite you to relax. A fully equipped kitchen offers you all the utensils you need for cooking and baking even for longer stays.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Privacy for a guest or a tour group of max. 2 people There is always an extra mobile stove, towels, shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, hair dryer, coffee, tea, etc. for guests. The tram stop (line 4) is only 1-2 minutes' walk from my apartment. Alternatively, you can walk to the main train station in 10 minutes and to the city center (Anger) in just 2-3 minutes.

Modern, bright apartment in Erfurt Süd close to the EGA BUGA and Messe Erfurt within walking distance. The apartment has a living room, bedroom with balcony, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available and free parking is right in front of the house. The apartment is very quiet with views of the countryside. By car, you can reach the old town in 5 minutes and by bus in 10 minutes.
