The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.

There are many shops in the neighborhood, including grocery stores, restaurants, and clothing shops. If you will arrive with a car, there is a very convenient parking near the house, far just 50mt from our place. The price is already including: whole/all days internet (adsl connection 8mbit/s), light, gas, water, bed and bathroom linen (weekly changed), heating, air-conditioning and final-cleanings.
