Rustic air between Alpujarreño and Marroquí, it is a very cool house in summer and warm in winter, in addition to a pellet stove it has a large fireplace and a lot of natural shade from deciduous trees on the terrace. The house is perfectly equipped with all the kitchenware, linens, and towels. From the house to the village it is a three-minute drive or a 10-minute walk along a path. ***Pets will only be allowed with prior notice to the hosts and will incur an additional fee***

All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. The house "Sol de la Vega" is located in the heart of Otivar, a village famous for its tropical valley and fruit. It is in a rural location, with steep hills. The house dates back to arab times, it has been fully renovated to high standards maintaining its character and adding all modern amenities, such as air-conditioning, hot air heating and wifi, also has a cast iron wooden fireplace and build in barbecue. The nearest costal town is Almuñecar.

Casa Amaranta is a charming little house located on the edge of the Poqueira Ravine. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.
