It is a beautiful house with everything you need to have a pleasant stay all the time you are there. My family and I had a great time, we don't have any "but" The pool is great because it is not very deep (1.10 to 1.30 m) and my nieces enjoyed it very much, the adults were also able to enjoy and swim without any problem. The super plus is that it is heated and is greatly appreciated because the warm water feels super rich. The house is impeccable, everything super clean, very well cared for, the bathrooms and kitchen working at 100. Mr. Alfredo's attention was super good. Since we booked, he communicated with me and he was always available to us. He is super friendly, very flexible and takes time to give recommendations and explain the whole operation of the house. Undoubtedly we would go back here again, the super recommend.

Great house to share with friends and family. Felt right at home, spacious and very quiet. Perfect for relaxing and resting. Close by loads of shops and supermarkets (within 4-10 mins car ride). Enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Great.

The house is very welcoming, and very large. We took advantage of the extra amenities by heating the pool that worked very well, the kitchen is fully stocked and the house was very clean and well maintained. Everything is in perfect condition and 100% recommended. Mrs. Alejandra and her husband were very nice and helpful to any detail Since our arrival, we were provided with great recommendations for eating and shopping. Walmart is very close that made our stay even more comfortable since we didn't have to go out. We will definitely be back, Thank you!

The house is extraordinary, full of trees and comfortable for large groups. It's rare to find houses with comfortable beds, a bathroom per room, a clean pool and a beautiful garden. This is the second time we have stayed here and we would do it again. Lalo is always kind and helpful with directions, José Luis is always attentive to whatever you might need.

Excellent accommodation, located in a quiet area but nearby you can find everything you need, shops, food places and delivery apps arrive without a problem. The property is as shown in the pictures and the pool area is a great place to enjoy the day. The people who welcome you and do the cleaning are very attentive and support you at all times. We requested the person for the support in the kitchen and received very good attention from her as well. Only the bathroom in the pool area needs some cleaning but in general the cleanliness of the property is good. You have to consider that there are cats and you have to be careful with the food and that they do not get inside the rooms. We'll definitely be back.

We appreciate the accommodation, we really liked my family and I, everything clean and quiet. The pool water all the time was super nice, it had everything needed for our roast meat, the garden very nice and cared for. Mrs. Maricela, her husband and her daughter were very kind. We highly recommend it.

In general everything was fine, the reason I booked was because it said that the pool was heated, the reality is that the water is at room temperature. On the days we used the pool we had to pay an extra 500.00 for each day to turn on the boiler, I was traveling with two minors and for them the temperature was uncomfortable. The house is very spacious and well laid out.

The garden is very nice and the climate of Cuernavaca is wonderful. The price is right for the bungalow maybe if I had air conditioning I would have to raise the price a bit

In conclusion it is better that in the forums and additional hosts are excellent. I would stay there again without a doubt and I definitely recommend it
