Also in the immediate vicinity: the Danube Canal with numerous bars, restaurants and a boat station for trips to Bratislava. In the apartment there is an information folder where you can find all the important places, sights, transport and more. Vienna is a great city. Our apartment is located in the oldest and most beautiful part of town. Almost all sightseeing is within walking distance.

Town Hall City Apartment / Roof Terrace Air Conditioning

Modern ambience in a fantastic city centre location overlooking the rooftops of Vienna. The apartment is flooded with sun, quiet, with high-quality construction, functional design, nice atmosphere and air conditioning! The apartment is on the 7th floor. A narrow staircase leads to the roof terrace overlooking the town hall and the magnificent buildings of the 1st district. Best traffic location: Metro and tram are right around the corner, a parking garage can be found in the block next door.

Cozy and quiet Apartment in the heart of Vienna

Our Apartment is situated in the center of Vienna with walking distance to the main attractions (Rathaus, Ringstraße, Parlament..) In a 3 minutes walk you can reach the next Metro station and Tram. It is very quiet since the windows are facing a green courtyard. The apartment is perfect for 2 people clean, bright and well equipped to make you feel at home. It has a completely new kitchen with a dishwasher, electric stove with oven & a De'Longhi machine. There is free Wifi in the whole flat.

This apartment is located in one of the best and most trending areas of Vienna (Servitenviertel) and represents a typical Viennese apartment in a Palais (e.g. spacious, high and stuccoed ceilings, elegant and modern interiors, original crystal chandeliers, balcony, piano). The rooms are all decorated with a lot of style and detail, as the owners of the apartment are interior designers. The apartment has also been featured in Andrew Martins Design Review, the Oscars of interior design.

My accommodation (approx. 68 m2) is located in the 2nd district of Vienna, right next to the beautiful Augarten Park on the 5th floor with a lift of a residential complex, in a quiet location. The Ferris wheel and Prater are not far, U-Bahn U2 is 5 minutes on foot. You'll love my place because of the quiet but convenient location. You can also walk to the 1st district (Stephansdom) in 20 minutes. We are also happy to offer you an additional room for an extra €20 per night. See photos

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge with freezer, gas stove with electric oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, French press, kettle). Coffee and tea are provided. The bathroom has a bathtub, washer dryer and hairdryer.
