The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct access to the patio with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. The patio is ideal for having breakfast or dinner in the fresh air. The pool is shared with us.

Recently renovated apartment, located on the 3rd floor of the building and has an elevator. It has a double bed, full bathroom and kitchen open to the living-dining room, where the large sofa bed makes an extra bed. The location is unbeatable, 3 minutes from the Dalí Museum and the old town of Figueres. It has all the amenities and overlooks the public park. Close to all amenities. Public parking is 20 meters from the apartment.

The pool is located in the apartment's private garden so it is exclusively for the apartment's users. Expandable cover, in summer always partially open. Heated pool available from April to October, the rest of the year the pool is not heated. New construction and finishes. Bright and quiet. Ideal for families.
