The seaside resort of Altefähr is located on Germany's largest island of Rügen, on the Strelasund and connected almost all year round by ferry directly to the historic harbor town of Stralsund opposite. The house is part of the Sonnengarten vacation park, just two years old and with the most modern amenities. Our semi-detached house has over 80 square meters on two floors, making it the largest house type, with space for five people. Altefähr is a place for water sports, anglers, any form of active vacation - and beach.

A small, self-contained studio apartment in the heart of Stralsund's old town. With a private entrance and an integrated small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Sleeping area with a double bed. Of course, all rooms, including the corridor, are for your exclusive use. Parking available on request. The train station and all the sights are within walking distance. These include: the Old Town, Ozeaneum, Maritime Museum, the harbour, Churches, Shopping facilities, restaurants and much more.

Our exceptional and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated attic in the heart of the old town. It offers plenty of space for 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

Enjoy a cozy getaway in the bungalow on the Devin peninsula. Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and located directly on the nature reserve, it offers tranquility and pure nature. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Built in 2019, the house sits on the edge of a small vacation home area and has a large terrace. The lovingly furnished bedrooms are each equipped with a large bed, TV and dresser. In the bathroom on the upper floor there is a rain shower and a bathtub with fantastic views. The spacious dining area in the basement with fireplace invites you to relax. And in the cold season, you can relax perfectly in the sauna! Come and discover the beach and so much more!

Das komplett ebenerdige Appartement Vineta besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit integrierter, offener Küche (Vollausstattung), einem Essplatz, einer Sofaecke (mit Schlafsofa), einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Bad mit Dusche. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung gehoben. Es gibt eine aktive Lüftung und Fußbodenheizung. Das Haus befindet sich in direkter Südlage, besitzt Panoramafenster und eine möblierte Terrasse (23 m²) mit Sitzmöbeln, Sonnenliegen und Grill.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.
