For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. The approx. 45 m² apartment, with a small balcony (view of the Deutsche-Alleen-Straße) contributes to the enjoyment of the fresh salty sea air. People with lung diseases and asthmatics benefit especially from the fresh sea air and feel particularly comfortable with us on the Baltic Sea. The apartments in our house are all allergy-friendly.

The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.
