Beautiful old building in the city center - 2

The apartment (57 m²) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets. Please only mention children in the chat, as we do not want to charge extra for families. UKSH is about 15 minutes' walk. CAU is about a 20-minute walk, Opera house is about 19 minutes' walk, Art Academy - 2 minutes' walk, Train station and ferries approx. 15 min. walk, Highway entrance about 5 minutes by car. Wi-Fi. Private washing machine on the first floor

Charming place with free parking

I offer you a small self-contained apartment on the 3rd floor of my house. On 56 m² there is 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room with dining area, a small bathroom and a sunny loggia. You have free access through the staircase, so you can come and go whenever you want. Shopping and restaurant options are within walking distance. Falkensteiner beach with high ropes course and mini golf is close, public transport stop 2 min. walk, ferry dock 5 min. walk. I look forward to your visit

Small beach cottage with garden near the beach

The lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance has a double bed, a small dining area, a cozy sofa and TV corner. 800 meters away are a beautiful natural beach with cliffs and a lively beach section with promenade, restaurants, toilets, and a surf school. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Cozy apartment near the street

Freshly renovated designer apartment just 350 meters from the beach. The apartment is fully furnished for a relaxing stay. Towels, bed sheets, fully equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi included. Delicious rolls are available nearby at REWE. REWE is within walking distance. The bus stop is also right by the house. And the best part... the beach and Olympia harbor are close by. ...just move in and feel at ease right away.

Superb apartment&sea view above the yacht harbour

A lovely holiday flat with a view directly in the yacht harbour of Kiel for up to 4 persons. Very well equipped kitchen, one double bed, one sofa bed and one single bed, bathroom with shower, balcony to enjoy sunsets and the sea. The flat is located in Hotel Olympia, there are two elevators and the possibility to use the washing machine and a dryer in the building. Parking available. High chair and toys upon request.

Eine kleine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit schottischem Flair wartet auf Deinen Besuch. Das Zentrum und den Hafen erreicht man in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bus. Die nächste Haltestelle ist in 4 Minuten Entfernung. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe: Citti-Park, Rewe-Center, IKEA und verschiedene Supermärkte. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig. Enjoy the simple life at this quiet and centrally located home. We rent out our beautiful, newly renovated studio with its own south terrace and separate access. It is ideally suited to explore Kiel and the surrounding area. The many beautiful beaches are not far away and the Olympiazentrum in Schilksee can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

We rent our beautifully renovated basement apartment in Holtenau directly on the canal. Through a private entrance you enter the 35 sqm apartment with new kitchen, new bathroom and modern designed living area. From here it is just a few minutes' walk to the fjord and by public transport (ferry or bus) you are within a very short time in the city center.
