The center of Juliusruh with restaurants, cafes, bakeries etc. is about 300m away. Rügen's top attraction Cape Arkona is idyllically within cycling distance.

Dunes, paddocks, cliffs and natural beach! Horses, sheep, seagulls. And you can see the fox and rabbit saying good night. There is a swimming pool, a sauna, and a petting zoo. Cape Arkona is easy to hike. A boat goes to the opposite island of Hiddensee. In Wieker Bodden you can learn kiting and surfing.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

Built in 2019, the house sits on the edge of a small vacation home area and has a large terrace. The lovingly furnished bedrooms are each equipped with a large bed, TV and dresser. In the bathroom on the upper floor there is a rain shower and a bathtub with fantastic views. The spacious dining area in the basement with fireplace invites you to relax. Our house starboard is one of 4 terraced houses of the holiday complex "Mein Fleckchen Rügen" in a quiet, water nearby village location. It has its own entrance over the large terrace and from there a beautiful wide view over the 12000 sqm plot. The 60m² house is divided into an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, which impresses with its historic beams. On the ground floor is also the spacious shower/WC. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms.
