Im Erdgeschoß erwarten Sie eine private Sauna, ein voll ausgestatteter moderner Küchenbereich sowie ein großzügiger Wohn-/Essbereich mit Panoramakamin. Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

Thatched cottage country doctor - secluded location 3,000 m² property

Our beautiful thatched house (built in 1995) is located far from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It is surrounded by meadows and horse paddocks. From the two terraces, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the 3000 m², partially natural property (ginster) and the landscape. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs towards Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.
