The living room has a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a sofa corner (sofa bed) with a large color TV. The bathroom is equipped with shower/toilet. Hairdryer, shampoo, soap, towels/linens are provided. In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.4 x 2.0 m). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and wheels are available.

Das Kavalierhaus befindet sich gegenüber vom Marstall und verfügt über einen großen Garten mit Pavillon, umgeben von Rhododendren. Das Gebäude wurde kürzlich liebevoll restauriert. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein großzügiges Esszimmer, die Küche mit separater Speisekammer, ein Arbeitszimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, zwei Doppel Schlafzimmer mit je einem Duschbad en-suite, ein Gäste-WC und der Hauswirtschaftsraum. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 7 DZ und 1 EZ, sowie 4 Badezimmer.

The cottage is located in the “Bothkamper See” nature reserve. It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Our restaurant "Hof Bissee" with regional cuisine and breakfast (5 min walk).

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Good Pettluis - Vacation in the Mansion

The apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books for all tastes.

Vacation home - Grömitz

We offer you a beautiful vacation home in a quiet location, about 8 km away from the Baltic Sea resort of Grömitz. Both bedrooms have their own outdoor access. Ostseenah - Frida country house

Our house can accommodate up to 8 people and is located 3 minutes by car from Lehnsahn and 15 minutes from Grömitz. It has a large garden overlooking the horse paddocks and is absolutely quiet. In the middle of Holstein Switzerland, close to the most beautiful beaches, surrounded by equestrian farms, lakes, forests and fields, lies our country house Frida. Linens can be booked. Garden cottage in idyllic garden, for couples or small families with 1-2 children. Wooden house, small but cosy. We try to avoid plastic and our living room is not dominated by a big TV (although a small one with standard satellite connection is available). Wireless internet access available. Best for people, seeking tranquility, time for reading books, breathing fresh air, star gazing, sitting around the fire place.
