Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Alto Mijares

The house has met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything to spend a few days relaxing. The beach is literally next to it and you can arrive in 3 minutes walking, although if you don't feel like going down to the sea you can also bathe in the pool. You have to follow several instructions when arriving and leaving, but the owners detail you and explain everything very well. Communication with them has been excellent. We enjoyed a weekend with great friends!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

The place was amazing and felt like home. Clean and peaceful and next to the beach which was amazing. We loved our stay and Nadia was more thank helpful with suggestions and a late check out which was wonderful considering our schedule. We would definitely recommend a stay here and a perfect 10

What an amazing house with swimming pool, something on the cold side in October:-). We were there with 8 people and there is enough room for that. Spacious rooms and cleanly furnished. A 10-minute drive from the town of Vilamarxant, where there is a shop and a baker. The bakery has delicious bread, but you have to be early for that otherwise it's up. Supermarket also has great bread. Valencia is a half hour drive away, you will be on the highway in no time. Daniel communicates pleasantly, responds quickly and adequately. The manager Fernando is very helpful and friendly and also responds quickly through the app. Is also quickly on the spot if needed.

Fina's place is just wonderful, a great host with whom communication is very easy. If you need to disconnect from the routine, the noise and even the people, don't hesitate it is here!! We were out of season and how little there was practically everything closed, but there are villages less than ten minutes away with all the necessary amenities. I will definitely come back, if I recommend it 💯

Spacious and well-kept villa in a quiet neighborhood, yet well located for trips. The villa is practically laid out, each room has its own bathroom (not adjacent, but does not disturb), super convenient. The kitchen is equipped with almost all the essentials. Tip: Purchase peeler, cutting board and baskets for hot pots/pans. The pool was still too cold with us, but the jacuzzi made up for this. Beautiful view from the terrace and the jacuzzi. A cot was provided, and there are also plenty of (outdoor)games for the children. You will notice that the house is well and used a lot, for example on the walls and the like, but the house is clean. The host responds quickly to questions, plus. We recommend the house!

The host is very friendly! He responded quickly and was a great resource. The apartments are beautiful and clean, as in the pictures. And the view from the balcony is wonderful! Thank you so much, we had a great time!

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

I spent two wonderful weeks in Valencia with my family (husband and my daughter) in Roma's apartament. The area is nicer and quieter than other beach areas in the south. The beach was right outside the building. A bus station with connections to the city center was 2 minutes away, while other bus stations with multiple connections was 5 minutes away. Despite being quiet, it had multiple restaurants across with nice atmosphere. The building is very quiet. It is walking distance to the supermarkert and a pharmacy is across the street. The apartment looked exactly like in the listing. The kitchen was well equiped and the host left us coffe, tea, water, olive oil, spices. The apartament has a large terrace where we enjoyed most of our meals and our daughter played safely. Roma was flexible with check out time and was concerned about us during the black out of energy . We definitely recommend this location and will be a good option if we will come back to Valencia.

Natividad is a very friendly person who was very attentive and close from the beginning. The apartment is great for both groups and a family, in our case we were 3 adults and two children, and there was everything to feel at home, we don't miss anything, even has a very interesting library for children and adults. On second line of playa and easily access to the center, 6 min andando there are several bus lines that go to the center. We will definitely repeat if the opportunity arises.

We loved every minute of Marta’s place. We travelled with our two young children and she was very accommodating. She provided everything and more needed for a baby and toddler - even a stroller and scooter! The accommodation was beside a bus stop and walkable to city centre - nice walk past local bars and cafes. Marta was very responsive and answered all our questions, even provided us with a nice welcome.

Johann's place is a good place to stay. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The host is friendly and is quick to respond when needed.

The stay was pleasant and the house was very well equipped. Highly recommended.

Apartment with all the essentials and very new. We found everything in perfect condition and worked properly. The location is good, on a ground floor of an urbanization with great common areas for children, and next to the beach. María Jesús was very friendly both upon arrival and departure.

A very good direct welcome from Antonio accompanied by an aperitif appreciated. Complete accommodation (kitchen and bathroom supplies are an example of the kind) very clean with the beach and shops accessible in a few minutes while having direct access to the road to Valencia without forgetting public transport We would highly recommend.

The accommodation is phenomenal, comfortable, clean and with everything you need. It's exactly as shown in the photos. Antonio Luis's treatment is great, very nice and attentive. Everything was clear upon arrival and explained everything phenomenal, in addition to being very flexible!
