Monthly Rentals in Alton Town Beach

Bob and Jo are such amazing hosts. This is our second stay at their home within 3 weeks and plan to book again. They check in to make sure the check ins go well and always ask if there is anything that is needed. Their response time is so quick and communication is very easy. Their home is amazing and we plan to book with them again.

We spent almost a month in this place and felt at home the entire time. The place was very well equipped and we lacked nothing. It was clean and the hosts even took care of snacks and bath products. Contact with Parvaneh was easy and we always got a quick response. We would definitely come back to this place.

Jan and Mike were wonderful hosts. They were welcoming, thoughtful, and available to ask questions or chat. They also give their tenants plenty of space and privacy. The space was clean, cozy, and well-designed; it had everything you might need for a relaxing time away. Although, the Internet works very well if you do need to access email or attend to any work/academic related tasks. Views of the lake were gorgeous, and being on the lake was even better. Jan and Mike let us borrow their kayaks on our last morning, which was exactly what we needed. We highly recommend their cottages!

Michaels Studio was a sweet escape for our summer vacation. Excellent location, clean, and safe. We loved everything about it!!!
