Small but lovely granny flat in a detached house with a separate entrance in a new development. Construction work is currently taking place on the neighbouring property! The price varies by number of guests. It applies to the specified number of guests. Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm, each 500 m away), the historic city centre (Nikolaikirche 800 m away) and the surrounding countryside are generally within walking distance. From the terrace you can see a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometres you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

The apartment impresses with its brightness, an extensive terrace with city views and soothing underfloor heating for colder days. Located on the outskirts of town, the center is just a 20-minute walk away. A retreat that combines urban proximity and privacy.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Ahegg is located at an altitude of 850 m to 1000 m and is a climatic health resort. In about 500 m there is a very nice pond that invites you to swim and in winter to ice skate. The Allgäu circular bike path leads directly past the house. In the immediate vicinity are wonderful opportunities for winter sports and hikes. By car you are in approx. 15 minutes in the city of Kempten, which invites you to enjoy nice restaurants and shopping.

The house is free-standing, surrounded by fields and meadows. The nearest town is about 2 km away. Here you will find a bakery, butcher as well as a restaurant with good German cuisine. A direct connection to the highway (A7) is about 3 km away.
