Monthly Rentals in ‘Alula Beach

My first impression upon entering Kaia's airbnb is that it was immaculately clean. Everything from the kitchen, to the bathroom and laundry are functioning properly. The owner is friendly and respectful of privacy as well Sitting in the deck is very peacefu with a slight breeze. It sits above Kona so the weather is much cooler. The neighborhood is quiet and a nice place to do morning walks. Yiu can also see the sunset and ocean from the studio's bedroom window. This is a lovely space, immaculate, thoughtfully stocked, and conveniently located. I found myself thinking, "wow, nice touch" frequently, and Ruth is super helpful and friendly but also respectful of your privacy. And if you step out into the street (which is quiet), you can watch the sunset over the ocean. Don't hesitate to book it. I'm really glad I did. It's one of the best vacation rentals I've seen.

Such a fantastic place to stay when visiting Kona! Easy driving distance to Kailua-Kona and super close to many of the coffee farms. We loved the privacy, the views, the kindness of Shan and Pena, and especially the goats! Would easily recommend this to anyone staying on the Big Island

Could not have asked for more. From the location to the hostess and place. For me, when I stay somewhere by the ocean, it’s all about the view and this did not disappoint! I loved having the balcony to sit and listen to the waves at the end of a perfect day spent at our favorite spots (all walking distance) Kitty went above and beyond. Our whole time and experience was wonderful!
