Monthly Rentals in Álvarez

My only feedback for those to rent here....the kitchen is detached across a courtyard so if it's cold or rainy, you should keep this in mind. Super cute little homes and easy access. Thanks again. Ed

the accommodation was very comfortable and pleasant, it was a pity that for personal reasons we had to retire earlier, super recommended

Had a great 1 month stay at Fernando's apartment. It is very quiet and well located in the Pichincha district where there are many quality bars and restaurants. It has a nice balcony with a beautiful view. Check-in is a little weird, you have to pick up the key from a small safe that is outside the building with a code, but it allows at least flexibility. The apartment is comfortable (especially the bed) and impeccable internet, I just had problems with 2 chairs that broke but this was quickly resolved by Fernando. A lady sent by Fernando can come and clean the apartment for a very correct price and she is very efficient. Overall my experience was very positive and I will be happy to come back, I recommend it.
