Boutique Design Loft in Fisherman's House

This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

Em pleno campo, está, contudo, perto de auto-estradas, hipermercados, de Lisboa, das praias do Oeste (Ericeira, Santa Cruz, Peniche e Nazaré) e de pontos turísticos a visitar (Sintra, Mafra, Óbidos, Alcobaça, Batalha, Tomar, Fátima e Santarém). Tal como já foi referido por um hóspede: "In the middle of nowhere but close enough to everything".

Isolated country house on a small farm near Lisbon. The Airport is 10 minutes away, Park of Nations and Oceanarium is 10 minutes away and the city centre is 20 minutes away. The train station is 10 minutes and bus stop is 50 metres. The apartment is new and totally equiped for your comfort. The house is really nice, with good areas, comfortable and cosy You can find everything you need to have a nice stay in near Lisbon.

Located 3.5 km from the village of Sobral de Monte Agraço, Encosta do Almargem offers a 1-bedroom villa for 4 people and a Studio for 3 people, both private in a family and quiet space 500 meters from the Church of Santo Quintino (built in Manueline style from 1520 and classified as a National Monument). Each accommodation has an exclusive space for sunbathing. The pool is shared between both, and is closed between November and mid-March.
