It's a bright and sunny upstairs apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room with TV, fully stocked kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine & A/C.

Fresh apartment with fully equipped kitchen, 80m2. Two bathrooms with showers. Lovely terrace facing south, 20m2, with marquis. A 6 min walk to the beach and 400m to the first tee of Alto Golf. A comfortable bed incl a wall bed in the lounge with a 21cm thick mattress. A De Longhi espresso machine in the kitchen. Fiber is installed, speed is 500/100 mbit/s. Maximum number of guests are three (3). I can only take one infant/toddler up to the age of 3 years due to there is only one travel cot.

The indoor pool is heated from November to April. You can enjoy multiple nearby beaches within a 5 minute drive. Shopping in the area is very convenient with many options less than 5 minutes by car (Aqua Shopping Center, Nova Vila Retail Park, Continente and Intermarché supermarkets).
