Use of the hot tub is subject to a fee from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm (EUR 17 on the first day of use, subsequent days EUR 7). The property is discreetly lit, hardly visible, access routes video-monitored. Parking is free. Day visitors EUR 7/day. Bicycle rental EUR 7/day.

Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum See, in dem Schwimmen zwar erlaubt ist, der aber meist nur noch als Angelgewässer genutzt wird. Das Haus ist saniert und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand, inklusive elektrischer Rollläden, Sat-TV, Glasfaser, W-LAN, Netflix, Prime & Disney+. Trampolin, Spielplatz, Hängematten, Sonnenliegen und einer großen Terrasse mit Hollywoodschaukel, Whirlpool und Gasgrill.

It's surrounded by nature, yet centrally located. The "Waldbühne" is within walking distance, or you can reach the Kurfürstendamm in 15 minutes by car.

Our vacation bungalows B1 and B2 are located on a large, quiet property on the banks of the Müggelspree. Both are identical in terms of floor plan and amenities and meet above-average standards. They are easily accessible by car and public transport. There are many parking spaces on the premises. Various shops and restaurants are nearby. For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats can be used free of charge. And Berlin City is very close!

Our vacation home is located in Berlin-Gatow and is opposite Villa Lemm. Quiet in the countryside, just a few meters away from the water and yet you are in the center in 25 minutes - whether by car or public transport. The perfect place to relax after an exciting day in the capital. On the other hand, a true dog paradise with lots of nature for long walks, for paddling and bike tours on the Havel or the Havel bike path. In addition, there are bathing spots and playgrounds.
