The Stöckelkeller is the former tavern in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will be staying on 29 square meters (13 sqm of living & cooking; 11 sqm sleeping; 5 sqm bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment as we like to travel ourselves. The house is right next to the small Margrave castle Schreez.

All shops and lots of good pubs and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. You won't be able to cook great menus here, but you won't lack anything else. My greatest wish is that you will feel comfortable here for a longer time and enjoy the time in Amberg.

A house with history - built in 1860 as a royal forestry office building in Moravia, it was restored in several thousand working hours. Enjoy the wonderfully idyllic area as a starting point for excursions to Neualbenreuth, Pilsen, Marienbad, Karlovy Vary, Eger, Waldsassen and many other attractive destinations in the area. We look forward to sharing this part of the world with them.
