The large airy living room has a custom built window seat wrapped around a large bay window where you can relax and soak in the ever changing sea views as well as high ceilings and wonderful homely feel. The England coastal path runs within 150 yards of the property perfect for walkers.

Come and relax, chill in my comfortable, cosy ground floor, one bed flat. Waking up each morning and having easy access to our stunning costline and scenery. Although there is no outdoor space at my home, there is the beautiful newly refurbished North Marine Park, which is literally over the road and five minutes walk to the stunning beach, with fabulous views of the pier's where you can sit and watch ships, liners and yachts sailing on the river Tyne with Tynemouth Priory in the distance.

Located at Church Point Holiday Park in Northumberland, this static caravan is almost new. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and an ensuite WC off the main bedroom. Double glazed and centrally heated, it provides a cozy retreat to view the local wildlife with a clear view of the sea through the French doors leading onto the wrap around decking. Sit with a glass of wine on the balcony, enjoy the view, watch seals and wait for the dolphins to swim by. Relaxation at its best!!

With 4 friendly local bars serving quality food, along with a popular fish and chip shop and a co-op on the doorstep. The area is quiet, with a relaxed and friendly feel. There is a beautiful coastal walk, or bus link, into neighboring Whitley Bay where there are a host of bistros, bars & traditional seaside attractions to enjoy .

It's central location (all be it on a quiet side street) has direct access to the high street, with an array of fantastic restaurants, pubs and shops.
