Our cozy, very bright approx. 70 m² ground floor apartment with a single house character offers you an approx. 40 m² living/dining area with open kitchen, dining area and fireplace, an office room, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a separate bedroom, a large, covered terrace with sauna & whirlpool & an established garden. The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes away, the nearest supermarket is in the immediate vicinity. Dogs are welcome here!

In Traumlage - 150 Meter vom schönsten Nordstrander Strand Fuhlehörn entfernt - befindet sich das zauberhafte Nordstrandnixenhaus mit zwei Wohnungen. Bestens geeignet für zwei Personen ist diese kleine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Auf Anfrage können hier drei Personen übernachten, die dritte Person darf in dem Alkoven unter der Treppe schlafen. Das Schlafzimmer lässt sich durch eine Tür schließen. Über diesem meerchenhaften Apartment befindet sich die Nordstrandnixe über Land.

Lütt Hus on the dike - As the name implies - it is small and beautiful! Perfectly equipped, provided with individuality. The Wadden Sea, Fuhlenhörn swimming area, farms, a unique landscape, the right place for deep relaxation and recreation. We live next door - but not always and look forward to nice guests. For our guests we are always available by phone, email or WhatsApp. Our cleaning lady makes sure that everything shines and will make up the beds on request.

VACATION FROM ME Tinnum is centrally located in the middle of the island and Sylt can be easily explored from here by the women's bicycle, which is included PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS. THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED AND NOT IN STOCK. You pay your visitor's tax directly to the host and receive a visitor's and beach use card as proof. Every guest is subject to visitor's tax. The visitor's tax is paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located cozy, small apartment. Everything is in the immediate vicinity, whether bakery, farm shop, Edeka or cinema. You can get to the beach with our bicycles in less than 10 minutes and to the bus in 1 minute on foot. The kitchen gives you the opportunity to prepare your own food, otherwise the restaurants are not too far away. The price always includes the visitor's tax, currently 2.60 per day per person.

Hier im Süden Amrums ist das Meer ganz nah und die Dünenlandschaft und der riesige Kniepsand sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein perfekter Startpunkt für entspannte Inselabenteuer!

The courtyard is the ideal starting point for excursions to the surrounding islands and Halligen, the Charlottenhof and the Nolde Museum. It is only 8 km to the Danish border.
