This stylish loft w/ Private Entrance is located Downtown just off the park strip within walking distance of all downtown Anchorage attractions. Upstairs Studio with city views. Loft has a 65” smart TV, small fridge, microwave, toaster/fryer oven, Instapot and washer & dryer. Shared Barbecue grill and seating area on the patio. The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.

Cozy South Anchorage unit is a 2br/1ba. 9 minutes from Dimond Mall, 12 minutes from airport, 12 minutes from Providence Medical Center, and 40 minutes from Alyeska Ski Resort/Spa •Your unit is shared walls/ceiling with other tenants so may hear other tenants in the building •Security cameras are in use on the front driveway and main entrance in order to protect with any safety issues (**Not inside the unit**) Please remember NO SMOKING of any kind inside of unit.
