Presbytery dating back to 1704, with its 12th century tower, heart of village not overlooked. You will have a large living-dining area kitchen communicating with a terrace and the pool area for nearly 240 m². The 110m² swimming pool area includes a 10 x 4.5m pool heated between 28° and 29°, sauna, changing rooms and shower. A 2nd living room, always cool in summer (and not very heated in winter!) is equipped with a 3/4 pool table, a Bonzini foosball table and a Monster Bash pinball machine. Opposite home, pond with pontoon.

Facing a body of water, on the edge of the Perseigne forest (Alençon 7 km), a little bucolic corner to escape daily stress. You will be alone to enjoy the space, feeling of freedom, communion with nature. There is enough space for 4 people and their animals to feel good there. There is a dedicated space for working with an excellent fiber connection. Walks in the forest. Golf and water sports center 10 minutes away. Trail tracks. Horseback riding and canoeing possible in nearby clubs.
